/KASE, July 3, 2021/ – EKOTON+ JSC (Nur-Sultan), whose shares are officially
listed on Kazakhstan Stock Exchange (KASE), has informed KASE that by a
decision of the general meeting of shareholders dated June 29, 2021 the
following changes were made to the composition of the company's Board of
Directors:
- Former BoD members: Toktarov T. - Member of the Board of Directors,
Baimukhanov B. - member of the Board of Directors, Rakhymzhanov Y. -
member of the Board of Directors, Grunin A. - an independent director of the
Board of Directors;
- Elected BoD members: Baimukhanov B.- member of the Board of Directors,
Doskumbayeva M. - member of the Board of Directors, Biryulin S. - an
independent director of the Board of Directors.
Taking into account the changes made, the Board of Directors of EKOTON +
JSC consists of three persons: Baimukhanov B., Doskumbayeva M., Biryulin S..
