/KASE, July 2, 2021/ – Aktobe Metalware Plant (Aktobe region), whose shares
are officially listed on Kazakhstan Stock Exchange (KASE), has informed KASE
about decisions of the annual general meeting of its shareholders held on June
20, 2021:
- to approve the company's annual financial statements and consolidated
annual financial statements for 2020 taking into account the auditor's
reports;
- not to pay dividends on the company's ordinary shares for 2020;
- to take note of the absence of shareholders' complaints over actions of the
company and its executives for 2020.
