with an auditor's report on the company's consolidated financial statements for
2020.

The company's financial statements for 2020 were audited by Deloitte LLP.
According to the auditor's report with a qualified opinion, the consolidated
financial statements present fairly, in all material respects, the financial
position of International airport of Almaty and its subsidiaries as of December
31, 2020, and their consolidated financial results, consolidated changes in
equity and consolidated cash flows for the year ended as of the specified date
in accordance with the IFRS.
