For the first 7 months of 2003 volume of repo transactions at KASE reached KZT1,764.4 bn and grew by 31.8%

/IRBIS, August 1, 03/ - During the first seven months of 2003 volume of repo transactions made at Kazakhstan stock exchange (KASE) reached KZT1,764,369.4 m ($11,686.8 m) and compared to similar period of last year increased by 31.8%. In 2002 volume the transactions at KASE was an equivalent of KZT2,809.4 bn ($18,274.2 m).
