auditor's report on the company's financial statements for 2020.

The company's financial statements for 2020 were audited by International
auditing company "Russell Bedford A+ Partners" LLP. According to the auditor's
opinion, the financial statements present reliably and objectively, in all
material respects, the financial position of SFC EKA-Invest JSC as of December
31, 2020, as well as its financial results and cash flows for the year ended as
of the specified date in accordance with the IFRS.
