The company's financial statements for 2020 were audited by International
auditing company "Russell Bedford A+ Partners" LLP. According to the auditor's
conclusion, containing a qualified opinion, the financial statements present
fairly, in all material respects, the financial position of BAST JSC as of
December 31, 2020, as well as its financial results and cash flows for the year
ended as of the specified date in accordance with the IFRS.
