/KASE, June 30, 2021/ – Altyntau Kokshetau (Akmola region), whose shares are
officially listed on Kazakhstan Stock Exchange (KASE), has notified KASE of
decisions of its sole shareholder dated June 21, 2021.
The sole shareholder, inter alia, made the following decisions:
- to approve the annual financial statements of the company for 2020 with net
income of USD433,028,000;
- to distribute the net income in the form of dividends in the amount of
USD433,028,000. Determine the amount of dividend per common share at
USD1,082.57.
