Nurbank (Kazakhstan) plans to borrow syndicated loan for $30 m

/REUTERS, Almaty, July 31, 02/ - Kazakhstan Nurbank plans to borrow syndicated loan for $30 m. for one year in the second half of September of 2003 with possible prolonging for one year, the bank's representative informed on Thursday. Margin is LIBOR +2.75% APR. Organizers of the loan are Citibank London и ING Bank Netherlands. In the end of October of last year the bank borrowed syndicated loan for $15 m., which was organized by Standard Bank London. In April of 2003 the loan was prolonged, and its sum was increased up to $18 m. The bank has informed that it intends to redeem this loan ahead of time in September of this year. [2003-07-31]
