/KASE, June 28, 2021/ – Kazakhmys Copper JSC (Almaty), whose shares are
officially listed on Kazakhstan Stock Exchange (KASE), has informed KASE
about the decision of its sole shareholder dated June 14, 2021: "Due to the
absence of the Company's net income for 2020, no dividends on ordinary shares
shall be accrued or paid."
