/KASE, June 25, 2021/ – KazAgroFinance (Nur-Sultan), whose bonds are officially
listed on Kazakhstan Stock Exchange (KASE), has informed KASE that by a decision
of the Board of Directors dated June 18, 2021, K. Izbastin was elected the
Chairman of the Board of Directors.
Taking into account the change made, the Board of Directors of KazAgroFinance
JSC consists of six persons: K. Izbastin, A. Juanyshbayeva, A. Murzagaliyeva, S.
Madiyev, R. Orazbayev, A. Prashev.
