/KASE, June 25, 2021/ – Kaspi Bank (Almaty), whose bonds are officially listed
on Kazakhstan Stock Exchange (KASE), has informed KASE about decisions of
the extraordinary general meeting of its shareholders held on June 24, 2021.
The shareholders, among other things, made a decision to pay dividends on
common and preferred shares of the bank for 2020 at KZT 2,510 per share.
