/KASE, June 22, 2021/ – KazTransOil (Nur-Sultan), whose shares are officially
listed on the Kazakhstan Stock Exchange (KASE), has notified KASE of payment
on June 18, 2021 of dividends on its ordinary shares KZ1C00000744 (KASE
main market, category "premium", KZTO) for 2020 at KZT132 per share.
According to the statement, the payment amounted to KZT50,770,909,068. The
list of shareholders entitled to dividends was compiled as of June 11, 2021, 00
hours 00 minutes.
