/KASE, June 18, 2021/ – Subsidiary company "Aktobe-Temir-VS" (Aktobe region),
whose shares are officially listed on Kazakhstan Stock Exchange (KASE), has
informed KASE about the sale on June 14, 2021 of "a 30% stake in the number of
134,967 common shares of DP Aktobe-Temir-VS JSC of the shareholder Gemini
Mining B.V., to an individual, Tamerlan Nugumanov".
