/KASE, June 17, 2021/ – Benkala Mining Company (Aktobe), whose shares are
officially listed on Kazakhstan Stock Exchange (KASE), has informed KASE that
by a decision of the sole shareholder dated June 2, 2021, the following changes
were made to the composition of the company's Board of Directors:
- excluded: A. Kentbekov – member of the Board of Directors;
- elected: T. Kovaleva – member of the Board of Directors.
Taking into account the changes made, the Board of Directors of Benkala Mining
Company JSC consists of three people: D. Orazayev, A. Shekhovtsov, T. Kovaleva.
