/KASE, June 16, 2021/ – KazAgroFinance (Nur-Sultan), whose bonds are officially
listed on Kazakhstan Stock Exchange (KASE), has informed KASE that by a decision
of the sole shareholder dated June 9, 2021, A. Prashev was elected a member of
the Board of Directors.
Taking into account the change made, the Board of Directors of KazAgroFinance
JSC consists of four people: M. Daribayev, S. Madiev, R. Orazbayev, A. Prashev.
