/KASE, June 16, 2021/ – YURTA Finance & Investment House (Almaty), whose shares
are officially listed on Kazakhstan Stock Exchange (KASE), has informed KASE
that by a decision of the Board of Directors dated June 14, 2021, the following
changes were made to the composition of the Management Board:
- excluded: O. Kim – member of the Management Board;
- elected: A. Aimagambetov – member of the Management Board.
Taking into account the changes made, YURTA Finance & Investment House JSC
consists of three people: Zh. Skakova, A. Keulimzhaeva, A. Aimagambetov.
