/KASE, June 16, 2021/ – As announced earlier, following a decision of Kazakhstan
Stock Exchange (KASE) Listing Commission of June 14, 2021, bonds KZ2P00007438
(MFKTb2; $100, $2.4 mln; 2 years; quarterly coupon, 6.00 % APR; 30/360) of
Microfinance organization "Credit Time" (Aktobe) were included in the
category "bonds" of KASE official list's alternative market.
The Listing Commission decision's effective date is June 16, 2021.
Opening of trading in these bonds on KASE will be announced additionally.
