/KASE, June 15, 2021/ – Shubarkol Premium (Karagandy), whose shares are
officially listed on Kazakhstan Stock Exchange (KASE), has informed KASE that
by a decision of the general meeting of shareholders dated June 11, 2020, the
following changes were made to the composition of the company's Board of
Directors:
- excluded: D. Tasbulatova – Chairman of the Board of Directors;
- elected: L. Akanova – Chairman of the Board of Directors.
Taking into account the changes made, the Board of Directors of Shubarkol
Premium JSC consists of three persons: L. Akanova, A. Gabdullin, Y. Upushev.
