/KASE, June 15, 2021/ – BAST (East Kazakhstan region), whose shares are
officially listed on Kazakhstan Stock Exchange (KASE), has notified KASE that
the annual general meeting of its shareholders by absentee voting will be held
on July 26, 2021, with the following agenda:
- approval of the company's annual financial statements;
- making a decision on non-payment of dividends on ordinary shares of the
company;
- construction, installation and technical audit of the existing crushing and
sorting complex.
