Composition of Management Board of NAC Kazatomprom changed

/KASE, June 15, 2021/ – NAC Kazatomprom (Nur-Sultan), whose securities are officially listed on Kazakhstan Stock Exchange (KASE), has informed KASE that following decisions of the Board of Directors dated April 1 and May 20, 2021, the following persons were elected to the Management Board: - M. Sharipov – Chief Director for NFC; - А. Batyrbayev – Chief Commercial Officer; - A. Aldongarov – Chief Director for Transformation; - A. Kasabekov – Chief Production Director. Taking into account the changes made, the Management Board of NAC Kazatomprom JSC consists of nine persons: G. Pirmatov, B. Bekmuratov, M. Elemesov, B. Duisembekov, K. Syzdykova, M. Sharipov, A. Batyrbayev, A. Kasabekov, A. Aldongarov.
