/KASE, June 14, 2021/ – AstanaGas KMG (Nur-Sultan), whose bonds are officially
listed on Kazakhstan Stock Exchange (KASE), has informed KASE about decisions
of the annual general meeting of its shareholders held on May 31, 2021.
Shareholders also took the following decisions:
- to approve the company's annual financial statements for 2020;
- due to lack of net income in 2020, not to distribute net income, nor pay
dividends on ordinary shares.
