/KASE, June 10, 2021/ – AK Altynalmas (Almaty), who shares are officially
listed on Kazakhstan Stock Exchange (KASE), has informed KASE about decisions
of the annual general meeting of shareholders held on May 26, 2021:
- to approve the company's consolidated financial statements for 2020;
- to approve the following procedure of distribution of the company's net income
for 2020:
- to allocate 25,600,800,000 tenge for payment of dividends;
- to direct the rest of the company's net income to the development of
production.
