report on the company's consolidated financial statements for 2020.

LLP. According to the auditor's opinion, the consolidated financial statements
reflectreliably in all significant relations the consolidated financial
position of Batys tranzit and its subsidiary as of December 31, 2020, as well
as their financial results and cash flows for the year ended as of the
specified date in accordance with the IFRS.
