/KASE, June 3, 2021/ – Nurbank (Almaty), whose securities are officially listed
on Kazakhstan Stock Exchange (KASE), has notified KASE that by a decision of
the general meeting of shareholders dated May 28, 2021, Y. Sarsenov – Chairman
of the bank's Management Board – was elected a member of the Board of Directors.
Taking into account the change made, the Board of Directors of Nurbank JSC
consists of five persons: R. Yerzhanova, A. Frolov, R. Kamaleev, Ulf Wokurka,
Y. Sarsenov.
