/KASE, June 3, 2021/ – Exploration Production ALMEX (Atyrau), whose shares are
officially listed on Kazakhstan Stock Exchange (KASE), has informed KASE about
decisions of its sole shareholder dated May 25, 2021:
- to approve the financial statements of the company for 2020;
- not to distribute the company's net income for 2020;
- not to pay dividends on ordinary shares of the company for 2020.
