/KASE, June 2, 2021/ – Wholesale and retail trade venture (Almaty), whose
bonds are officially listed on Kazakhstan Stock Exchange (KASE), has informed
KASE that by a decision of the sole shareholder dated May 31, 2021, the
following changes were made to the composition of the Board of Directors:
- removed: Petranek Oldrich – member of the Board of Directors;
- elected Nixon Dakota James – member of the Board of Directors.
Taking into account the changes made, the Board of Directors of Wholesale and
retail trade venture JSC consists of three persons: I. Kim, A. Dyusengaliyev,
Nixon Dakota James.
