interest in the authorized capital of AAEngineering Group LLP (hereinafter
referred to as AAE).

sector, both in Kazakhstan and abroad. AAE's success and leadership in the
application of advanced technologies in design and project implementation (BIM,

as YEAR IN INFRASTRUCTURE AWARDS 2018 & 2020, TEKLA BIM AWARDS 2018
and 3 2019/2020.
The AAE team, having successfully completed several projects for Altynalmas in
the past, is a long-time partner of Altynalmas, as well as a contractor for
several new projects. The acquisition of AAE is strategic to implementation of
Altynalmas' future business development plans.
