/KASE, June 2, 2021/ – Subsidiary Bank Alfa-Bank (Almaty), whose bonds are
officially listed on Kazakhstan Stock Exchange (KASE), has informed KASE that
by a decision of the sole shareholder dated June 1, 2021, the following changes
were made to the composition of the Board of Directors:
- excluded: I. Poz – Chairman of the Board of Directors, Y. Duisemaliyeva -
member of the Board of Directors, independent director;
- elected: R. Abramyan – member of the Board of Directors, independent
director, I. Poz – member of the Board of Directors, N. Kussainov – Chairman
of the Board of Directors, independent director.
Taking into account the changes made, the Board of Directors of Subsidiary
Bank Alfa-Bank JSC consists of eight persons: N. Kussainov, I. Poz, R.
Abramyan, O. Sysuev, Brawn David Mark, I. Pyatkov, D. Osin, S. Ayupova.
