/KASE, June 1, 2021/ – KazTransCom (Almaty), whose shares are officially listed
on Kazakhstan Stock Exchange (KASE), has informed KASE about decisions of its
sole shareholder dated May 26, 2021.
The sole shareholder, inter alia, made the following decisions:
- to approve the consolidated financial statements of the company and the
auditor's report of the independent auditor for 2020;
- not to distribute the company's net income for 2020 and not to pay dividends
on ordinary shares based on results of 2020.
