/KASE, May 31, 2021/ – Investment Financial House "YURTA" (Almaty), whose shares
are officially listed on Kazakhstan Stock Exchange (KASE), has informed KASE
that by a decision of the general meeting of shareholders dated May 27, 2021,
Y. Koshkinbayev was elected a member of the Board of Directors of the company.
Taking into account the change made, the Board of Directors of Investment
Financial House "YURTA" JSC consists of four people: A. Manayenko,
B. Tumenbayeva, Y. Koshkinbayev, G. Kasymkanova.
