/KASE, May 28, 2021/ – "Caspiy" Commodity Exchange (Nur-Sultan), whose shares
are officially listed on Kazakhstan Stock Exchange (KASE), has informed KASE
about decisions of the annual general meeting of shareholders held on
May 24, 2021.
Shareholders, inter alia, made the following decisions:
- to approve the annual consolidated financial statements of the company for
2020;
- to approve the decision not to distribute the company's net income at the end
of 2020.
