/KASE, May 27, 2021/ – Kazakhmys Copper (Almaty), whose shares are officially
listed on Kazakhstan Stock Exchange (KASE), has informed KASE about decisions of
its sole shareholder dated May 25, 2021.
The shareholder, inter alia, made the following decisions:
- to approve the annual audited financial statements of the company (separate
and consolidated) for 2020;
- to consider the procedure for distributing the company's net income for 2020
and the amount of dividend per ordinary share of the company by June 15,
2020.
