/KASE, May 27, 2021/ – Bayan Sulu (Kostanay), whose shares are officially
listed on Kazakhstan Stock Exchange (KASE), has notified KASE that the annual
general meeting of its shareholders will start on June 25, 2021 at 15:00
o'clock, with the agenda containing eight issues, in particular:
- Management Board's 2020 performance report;
- approval of the company's 2020 financial statements;
- approval of the procedure of distributing the company's 2020 net income;
about payout of dividends on ordinary shares and approval of the dividend
amount per ordinary share of the company;
- about shareholders' appeals against actions of the company and its
executives and results of their consideration;
- informing shareholders of the company about the amount and structure of
remuneration paid to members of the company's Board of Directors and
Management Board for 2020.
