/KASE, May 26, 2021/ – National company Food contract corporation (Nur-Sultan),
whose bonds are officially listed on Kazakhstan Stock Exchange (KASE), has
informed KASE about exclusion from the Board of Directors of N. Dairbekov – the
Chairman of the Board of Directors, following his own initiative.
Taking into account the changes made, the Board of Directors of National
company Food contract corporation JSC consists of six people: Y. Akhmetov, A.
Buribayev, K. Otarov, A. Ospanov, Zh. Dayrabayev, K. Karaulov.
