/KASE, May 26, 2021/ – Dosjan temir joly (Nur-Sultan), whose bonds are
officially listed on Kazakhstan Stock Exchange (KASE), has notified KASE about
supplementing the agenda of the extraordinary general meeting of shareholders
scheduled for June 11, 2021 with the following issues:
- on formation of the composition of the Board of Directors in the number of
seven people and the election of a new member of the Board of Directors of
the company;
- on making changes to the Rules for payment of remuneration and
compensation of expenses to members of the Board of Directors of the
company.
