The welfare of the employees and social responsibility commitment have always
been the priority for JSC AK Altynalmas Group of Companies (hereinafter –
Altynalmas or the Group).
For anti-pandemic purposes, the country’s government initiated a massive
vaccination campaign. Altynalmas management speaks in support of this
initiative and is ready to cooperate in the fight against pandemic affecting
both the Group employees and their families and, in some cases, general public
as a whole.
Apart from vaccination of the production site workers, Altynalmas’s target
programs to support the Group teams and protect their health during tough times
include the provision of personal protective equipment to all employees and
their families, as well as financial assistance.
The Company has invested 6,000,000,000 KZT in the construction of the buffer
camps that ensure employees’ health and safety at the fields, which is
considered as one of the major special projects.
