/KASE, May 24, 2021/ – Development Bank of Kazakhstan (Nur-Sultan), whose bonds
are officially listed on Kazakhstan Stock Exchange (KASE), has informed KASE on
exclusion of R. Karagoishin – a member of the Board of Directors of the bank –
from the composition of the Board of Directors, on his own initiative.
Taking into account the change made, the Board of Directors of Development
Bank of Kazakhstan JSC consists of six persons: A. Arifkhanov, A. Nurgozhin, A.
Sarkulov, Marcia Elizabeth Christian Favale, A. Saydenov, G. Uzbekov.
