Decision of KASE's Council about recognizing bonds of NURBANK OJSC of the 2nd issue as included into KASE's official list took effect since July 18

/KASE, July 18, 03/ - As was informed before, by the decision of Kazakhstan stock exchange's (KASE) Council dated July 17 of 2003 subordinate indexed on tenge devaluation level bonds of NURBANK OJSC (Atyrau) of the second issue (KZ2CKY08A774; KZT4,000.0 m., KZT16,000, June 12, 03 - June 12, 11, semi-annual coupon 9.0% APR, 30/360) have been included into KASE's official "A" listing category. The decision took effect since July 18 of 2003 because the issuer had paid KASE the entrance and the first annual listing fees on these securities. Information about opening of trades in the bonds at KASE within the framework of secondary floatation will be announced later. [2003-07-18]
