The company's financial statements for 2020 were audited by Ernst & Young
LLP. According to the auditor's report, the consolidated financial statements
represent fairly, in all material respects, the financial position of NOSTRUM
OIL & GAS PLC and its subsidiaries as of 31 December 2020 and their losses for
the year then ended. The Group's financial statements have been properly
prepared in accordance with International Accounting Standards in accordance
with the requirements of the Companies Act 2006 of the United Kingdom and in
accordance with International Financial Reporting Standards (IFRS) adopted
pursuant to Directive (EC) No 1606/2002, applicable in the European Union.
