/KASE, May 14, 2021/ – "Caspiy" Commodity Exchange (Nur-Sultan), whose shares
are officially listed on Kazakhstan Stock Exchange (KASE), has informed KASE
that from May 13, 2021 it began to own a 49% stake in Kazenergy Consult LLP, as
a result of which the share of Caspian Commodity Exchange JSC in the authorized
capital of Kazenergy Consult LLP became 100 %.
