/KASE, May 14, 2021/ – National company Food contract corporation (Nur-Sultan),
whose bonds are officially listed on Kazakhstan Stock Exchange (KASE), has
informed KASE about decisions of its sole shareholder dated April 30, 2021:
- to approve the financial statements of the company for 2020;
- to approve the distribution of the company's net income for 2020 in the
amount of KZT1,212,842,118.19 as follows:
- to allocate 70% in the amount of KZT848,989,482.74 on payment of
dividends;
- to retain 30% in the amount of KZT363,852,635.45 at disposal of the
company;
- to approve the amount of dividend per common share of the company for 2020 in
the amount of KZT8. Payment of dividends was made on May 11, 2021.
