/KASE, May 14, 2021/ – National company Food contract corporation (Nur-Sultan),
whose bonds are officially listed on Kazakhstan Stock Exchange (KASE), has
informed KASE that by a decision of the sole shareholder dated April 30, 2021,
the following changes were made to the composition of the Board of Directors:
- excluded: A. Toybaev – a member of the Board of Directors;
- elected: Y. Akhmetov – a member of the Board of Directors.
Taking into account the changes made, the Board of Directors of National
company Food contract corporation JSC consists of seven persons: N. Dairbekov,
Y. Akhmetov, A. Buribayev, K. Otarov, A. Ospanov, Zh. Dairabayev, K. Karaulov.
