/KASE, May 13, 2021/ – Samruk-Energy (Nur-Sultan), whose bonds are officially
listed on Kazakhstan Stock Exchange (KASE), has informed KASE that by a decision
of the Board of Directors dated May 4, 2021, the following persons were excluded
from the composition of the Management Board:
- M. Uldanov – managing director for Development and Sales;
- Y. Kopenov – managing director for Business Transformation.
Taking the said changes, the Management Board of Samruk-Energy consists of
four persons: S. Yessimkhanov, S. Tyutebayev, A. Ryskulov, R. Zhatqanbay.
