/REUTERS, Almaty, July 15, 03/ - Kazakhstan positive payment balance of current account in the I quarter of 2003 increased to $626.2 million from 31.5 million in the I quarter of 2002, informed Kazakhstan statistics agency with reference to the National Bank of Kazakhstan.
