/KASE, May 12, 2021/ – SFC EKA-Invest (Almaty), whose bonds are officially
listed on Kazakhstan Stock Exchange (KASE), has informed KASE about
decisions of the sole partner dated April 26, 2021.
The sole partner, inter alia, made the following decisions:
- to approve the annual financial statements of the company for 2020;
- to conduct an auditing of the company's annual financial statements for 2020;
- to conclude an agreement for provision of audit services with International
Auditing Company "Russell Bedford A+ Partners" LLP.
The sole partner made decisions on a total of four issues on the agenda.
