On May 6, new edition of Regulation on Management Board put into effect

/KASE, May 11, 2021/ – By a decision of the Board of Directors of Kazakhstan Stock Exchange (KASE) dated May 6, 2021, KASE's internal document "Regulation on the Management Board" (Regulation) in a new edition, which came into effect on May 6, 2021, was approved. The new edition of the Regulation was developed in order to update the text of the document and optimize its structure and contains procedural and clarifying amendments. From May 6, 2021, the Regulation in the current version was recognized as invalid. The new edition of the Regulation will be published on KASE website in the near future. [2021-05-11]
