/KASE, May 11, 2021/ – Kaspi Bank (Almaty), whose securities are officially
listed on Kazakhstan Stock Exchange (KASE), has informed KASE that
G. Jumadillayeva, member of the Management Board, has retired from the
Management Board, effective April 30, 2021.
Taking into account the change made, the Management Board of Kaspi Bank
JSC consists of three persons: P. Mironov, Y. Didenko, T. Mosidze.
