/KASE, May 11, 2021/ – Financial company REAL-INVEST.kz (Almaty), whose
shares are officially listed on Kazakhstan Stock Exchange (KASE), has informed
KASE about decisions of the annual general meeting of its shareholders held on
May 4, 2021:
- to approve the annual financial statements of the company for 2020,
confirmed by the auditor's report of the Auditing Company "TrustFinAudit"
LLP;
- not to distribute the company's net income based on results of 2020;
- not to pay dividends on ordinary shares of the company based on results of
2020.
