On August 29 of 2003 Bank CenterCredit OJSC (Kazakhstan) holds absentee voting concerning increasing of its liabilities

/KASE, July 15, 03/ - Bank CenterCredit OJSC (Almaty), whose securities are circulating in Kazakhstan stock exchange's (KASE) official "А" listing category, has informed KASE with the official letter about holding of absentee voting of its shareholders concerning "Increasing of the bank's liabilities by the sum, which is 10% and more of shareholders' equity, by means of making a large deal concerned with issuing securities (eurobonds) at international markets of capital". Date of making the list of shareholders, who have the right to participate in the absentee voting - July 1 of 2003. Deadline for presenting ballots for the absentee voting is August 29 of 2003. Date for presenting ballot by a shareholder is the date of his registration by the bank. Date for calculating votes is August 30 of 2003.
