listed on Kazakhstan Stock Exchange (KASE), has provided KASE with an
auditor's report on the consolidated financial statements of the company for
2020.

The audit of the company's financial statements for 2020 was carried out by
"Ernst&Young" LLP. According to the auditor's report, which contains a qualified
opinion, the consolidated financial statements fairly reflect, in all material
respects, the consolidated financial position of KazTransGas JSC and its
subsidiaries as at 31 December 2020, as well as their consolidated financial
results and consolidated cash flows for the year, ended on the specified date,
in accordance with IFRS.
